Children may begin attending Grace Lutheran School (GLS) 

on their second birthday. 

Children joining our Junior Kindergarten must turn four 

on or before September 1st. 

All children in PK3 and older must be toilet trained.

Requirements for Early Education Center (EEC) entrance: 

1. A valid birth certificate is presented.
2. Florida School Entry Health Form (Gold Form DH3040)
3. Florida Certificate of Immunization (Blue Form DH 680)
4. A parent/guardian and child “Enrollment Interview” with the EEC director has been completed.

Students may apply for entrance into kindergarten after meeting the following requirements:

1. Their fifth birthday falls on or before September 1st.
2. A valid birth certificate is presented.
3. Florida School Entry Health Form (Gold Form DH3040)
4. Florida Certificate of Immunization (Blue Form DH 680)
5. Visit with the school principal or her representative.

Step Up for Students scholarships are currently accepted : FTC, FES-EO, FES-UA

There are 3 steps to joining the Wildcat family for Grades K-8

1. INQUIRY

Schedule a tour for a campus visit

2.  APPLICATION

• Schedule and complete a Guest Experience Day for new students in Kindergarten - Grade 8 

Kindergarten visits are scheduled in the mornings Tuesday - Friday.

Grades 1-5 visit for a full school day Tuesday - Friday

Middle school visits preferred on Wednesdays.

EEC Wildcats do not visit 

When possible, summer visits will occur during our summer camp program.

• Provide previous report cards , test scores, and any important academic information 
• Create an account via link to FACTS, our online management platform.
• Complete the online application 

3. ENROLLMENT

An invitation to enroll may be extended after the Guest Day

 with a 48-hour window to accept or decline.

If accepting, proceed with online enrollment via FACTS

to include non-refundable registration fee.
